Danfoss EVR Products

EVR Products (Elasto-Valve Rubber Products) is a global leader in custom and standard hand-built elastomeric piping products including Pinch Valves, Check Valves, Pressure Sensors, Expansion Joints and Connectors. Founded in 1984, EVR serves the needs of numerous industries such as mining, power generation, sewage treatment, storm water management, pulp & paper, food & drug processing, slurry control and marine.

The company manufactures the highest quality, dependable, high performance, hand-built elastomeric duct connectors and pressure sensors. It also provides a variety of specialized and custom solutions to meet the requirements of a specific application.

Danfoss evr product are available in normally open and normally closed styles to suit a wide range of refrigeration applications. They are compatible with all fluorinated refrigerants, including R410A, and can be supplied as a complete unit or with coils and flanges, depending on your system requirements.

A Servo-operated Vacuum Regulator with Multiple Orifices and a Dome Loading Pilot

Danfoss’ Equilibar(r) vacuum regulator directly controls process vacuum by throttling flow between the vacuum supply pump and the process. The regulator can be dome-loaded by a pilot regulator setting the vacuum setpoint or manually controlled. The regulator has a unique and patented design that combines a non-relieving valve with multiple orifices sealed by a flexible diaphragm, providing instantaneous and frictionless control to precisely match flow requirements to process demand.

By controlling the flow rate and vacuum to a specific setpoint, the Equilibar regulator eliminates the need for a separate regulator with a large valve seat and the associated problems of pressure rise and leakage. The Equilibar regulator is also dome loaded by a pilot regulator, which makes it possible to adjust the flow based on process requirements in the event of a failure or other unexpected events that require quick and easy changeovers.

In a study of a wind turbine using this technology, the EVR genset reduced the nacelle weight by at least 30% and increased the capacity factor by at least 10% while reducing the drive and installation costs significantly. The EVR genset is also suited for off-grid systems where it removes the need for a transformer.

NuCycl – Regenerative Fiber Technology for the Creation of New Textiles

Evrnu’s patented, innovative NuCycl® regenerative fiber technologies allow the creation of entirely new textiles from 100% post-consumer textile waste – no longer destined for landfill. This technology uses repolymerization to turn the original fiber molecules into high performing renewable fibers resulting in new clothing, home and industrial textiles with extraordinary performance and environmental benefits.

The company offers an extensive portfolio of regenerative fiber technologies that converts discarded clothing to high-performance, renewable fibers for use in new, environmentally friendly garments, home textiles and industrial applications. The regenerative process uses a proprietary, patented chemical reaction to transform the molecules of discarded apparel into new materials, enabling a more sustainable approach to waste reduction and resource conservation.

Toter’s Green Cart is the industry’s Most Durable and Sustainable Container: A First for Recycled Content

As part of its ongoing commitment to Project25, Toter has launched EVR-Green, the industry’s first fully recycled and 100% recyclable cart body and wheel. The durable, seamless cart features the brand’s ‘Toter Tough’ durability and a 12-year warranty while offering buyers a greener alternative to their standard waste containers. The cart body is made of recycled materials and is manufactured with Toter’s Advanced Rotational Molding(tm) process, which optimizes its superior impact strength and performance. The lids and wheels will also initially contain recycled material, and Toter plans to offer these in fully recycled form in the near future.
